Part 1 of Sam & Stephen’s elopement // I've worked with so many beautiful couples over the last month, including the lovely Sam & Stephen who eloped in the highlands. They chose to read their own vows to each other tucked away in the woodland before their ceremony with @garythehumanist and @munrobagpiper in the mountains. I instantly fell in love with these incredible flowers from @bothyblooms - they truly added to the fairytale theme for the day. ⁣❤️

For a while, I've wanted to challenge my own ideas about what documenting pregnancy can look like. I wanted to capture this experience in a way that feels freeing and intertwined with nature. "Where do I start? I could not recommend Lina more! From the day that we chose Lina as our photographer a year out from our elopement date, she was highly communicative and in it with us through the rest of our planning journey. We do not live in or near Scotland and did not know what might fit us best regarding location or basically any other detail that comes with even an elopement. Lina helped guide us through it all! She was highly communicative and supportive throughout the year regarding scheduling and aligning with other venders like the celebrant and the make up team. She emailed me countless times when I had any sort of question with helpful suggestions. ⁣

⁣On the day of our elopement, she brought a calm, kind, and positive energy that helped us throughout our day and also was basically our guide through our wedding day as well. She helped us make it through the pouring rain and helped us find our most magical spots to have our ceremony and other pictures. She remembered every detail of the wedding and shared with us some special touches that we were not expecting and loved! And THE PICTURES!! They are amazing!! I could not love them more. She was so speedy with getting them back to us, I was honestly shocked and I love ever single picture she took. Lina was our dream elopement photographer and I could have thought in my wildest dreams for more magical pictures or a more magical day."⁣
