Misty Loch Awe Wedding

Misty Loch Awe Wedding

⁣Imogen & Shaun stayed at Lonan House as the base for their wedding – a tucked-away spot where they could be with friends and family together in one place. When I arrived in the morning, a thick fog had settled in and it felt like I had arrived into another world. The heavy fog had still not lifted when Imogen & Shaun arrived at their ceremony spot – Kilchurn castle, and it was difficult to see the views around us. But these two weren’t disappointed at all – they were simply happy to be getting married. As their ceremony started, the sun broke through the fog, highlighting the mountains in the distance, and it created the most magical, misty atmosphere, lighting up the castle in the background for all their guests to admire.

⁣After their misty ceremony at Kilchurn castle, Imogen & Shaun drove to Glencoe and were met with golden winter sunshine. For weddings with guests, I encourage couples to carve out some time where they can enjoy the company of just each other for a while, and this was the perfect time for Imogen & Shaun to relax and appreciate the views of the Scottish highlands. After this opportunity to enjoy some quiet time together, Imogen & Shaun headed back to Lonan House for an evening of festive celebrations with their guests.
