Autumn Glencoe Elopement

Chloe & Andrea eloped on a sunny day in Glencoe, surrounded by the golden Autumn colours. They envisioned a day with just the two of them in the mountains – a part of nature they feel closely connected to. From their first meeting in a supermarket in France where they exchanged smiles to planning a big wedding that didn’t feel true to them, these two felt that an elopement alone in nature best represented their relationship.

Their elopement began at the Kingshouse hotel – an accommodation spot centrally located in the heart of the mountains. Their ceremony was run by Alan Barr Humanist and included a traditional handfasting and drinking whiskey from the quaich. Chloe & Andrea said their vows with the famous mountains of the Three Sisters in the background behind them. We spent the rest of the afternoon adventuring around nearby spots in Glencoe until the sun went down.
